I believe that every human being has the capacity to develop personal competence, to become aware of their own strengths in order to achieve a stronger and healthier sense of self. I offer a broad range of services including: Bereavement and Loss, Stress Management, Anxiety and Depression, Relationships Difficulties, Low Self Esteem and Confidence, Eating Disorders, Anger Management, Prenatal/Postnatal difficulties.

Qualified in Mediation skills & practice with Mediation Northern Ireland. I work in a humanistic, pluralistic and integrative way and use a variety of therapeutic approaches.

Sensorimotor Psychotherapy & Somatic Experiencing: I have also trained and have become passionate about Body Psychotherapy and integrate this method into my approach.  It integrates the body and movement into traditional talk therapy to address and heal ongoing psychological and physical difficulties. Considered a “body-centered talking therapy,” it addresses thoughts, feelings, and somatic experiences for a deeper, more complete healing than traditional therapies may provide. I have additionally trained under Tony Bates in trauma informed care while working as a Youth & Family Mediator with Focus Ireland.

Languages: English, Italian.
